First off, I would like to thank so many of you for your continued love and support.  I do not know what we would do without you!

We are starting this years flu season.  I have felt a lot of stress over this.  Please, if you have what the CDC considers a high risk person in your family,   try to get them in soon to get vaccinated.  With the shortage of vaccines we definitely want to keep   our loved ones safe.   Call your doctors and/or health departments to find out if they have any of the vaccines left or if they can recommend a place for you to get immunized.   Above all else, go with your instincts and do what feels right in your heart.

Follow some basic rules to avoid influenza.  Wash your hands often.  If you are sick, stay home.   Avoid touching your nose and mouth.   Try to avoid close contact.  Did I mention wash your hands often?  

Remember, it may not be just the flu!  Follow your instincts!
