I have no idea where the time goes!  Summer break is already over.  Sean and Ryan started back to school last week.  It was a sad day for me.  I couldn't help but think how Ian would have started kindergarten this year.  I think he would have loved it.  I wish we knew....

Ian's Rainbow Flu Foundation is working hard on getting ready for our second walk on October 18th.  I am really looking forward to it.  This year we will again have a flu vaccine clinic available for those who would like to get a flu vaccine.  We will have face painting, music, a clown and lunch after the walk.  It will be a great family event.  I hope you will be able to join us.  Please let your family and friends know about it.  It is so important that we educate people on the seriousness of influenza.

In the 2007-2008 flu season we had 72 children die from this vaccine preventable disease.  I pray that the number will not rise.  I fear that it will.
