The 2005-2006 flu season is coming to an end.  This past season has been fairly mild.  I for one held my breathe all winter.  Our pediatrician had more than one phone call letting them kNewsletternow that we were on our way.  Overly cautious?  You bet!   Even though "flu season" is coming to an end, please remember to keep washing those hands!  It is such a simple way to help prevent the spread of so many diseases.  

In the past few months I have gotten involved with Families Fighting Flu.  I am very excited to be affiliated with this organization.  When you have time please visit the website at www.familiesfightingflu.com.   The families that are involved with Families Fighting Flu share their stories of how the flu has affected their lives.  Remember influenza does not discriminate.  It can affect people all over the United States.   Some of the information that I receive I will start to post here on our website.  Starting with the article below.
