What a blessing we have received.  The golf tournament was a complete success.  The holes were all sponsored and the player's field was completely filled.  Thank you very much to all of you that worked so hard and played so hard that day.  A simple thanks to everyone at Southwest Airlines that worked so hard to make this tournament a success would be a huge understatement.  This tournament was a tribute to our little Ian, but what needs to be said is this, The dedication and inspiration is in the hearts of everyone at Southwest Airlines who worked long an hard for Ian's Rainbow Flu Foundation.  You are a special group of people working for a wonderful company.   A special thanks to Wes Robertson, Larry Gaudin, Mark Stank and Jackie Stevens.  We appreciate you thinking of our foundation when you started to plan your annual golf tournament.  Our family and friends have been touched by your hearts and we thank you from the bottom of ours.

Ian was at the tournament with us that day.  At 7 am while setting up for the tournament we were treated to a beautiful rainbow arching over the golf course.  Later that day I received phone calls from people in Kansas City, Lawrence, even St. Louis about perfect double rainbows that brought tears to many eyes.

If you doubt or do not believe in God and His grace, please watch the rainbows.  He is there and He cares!
